New Delhi: Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has given a detailed information about the economic package of 20 lakh crore rupees, saying that the PF government will fill the salary of up to 15 thousand rupees. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has decided that by August, the company and employees will deposit 12 per cent of the 12 per cent amount in EPFO on their behalf. This decision has been taken keeping in mind the organized sectors in the country. With this decision, more than 4 lakh institutions will also benefit from this decision.
But there are some conditions of this plan. This announcement of the government will only benefit companies which have less than 100 employees and 90% of the employees' salary is less than Rs 15,000. That is, those who get more than 15 thousand salary will not get the benefit.
Financial assistance of Rs 3 lakh crore will be provided to MSMEs. These traders will get loans without guarantee for 4 years. This step will benefit 45 lakh small companies. Overall, 6 major steps have been taken of MSME.
A provision of Rs 50 thousand crore has been made for stressed MSME or debt-ridden companies. There is an attempt to get these companies back on track by paying money.
MSMEs with equity problems will be given subordinate loans. 20,000 crores has been kept for this. This will solve the cash problem of 2 lakh MSMEs.
All NPAs or stressed loans will benefit from this scheme. The government will give 4,000 crore rupees for CGTMSE, which gives partial guarantee to banks, they will now give the benefit to MSMEs also.
The finance minister told this package after long suggestions. The purpose of this package is to make India self-reliant. Land, labor liquidity are the basis of law package. PM Modi has kept the vision of self-reliant India. Many schemes and reforms were brought for the poor. They are sending money directly to the accounts of the people.
Nirmala Sitharaman said that MSMEs will get an automatic loan of up to Rs 3 lakh crore without any collateral. This loan will be 100 percent guaranteed and for 4 years. The scheme will end on October 21, 2020. This will benefit 45 lakh units. This will help them to start their work.

नई दिल्ली.विट मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण (वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण) ने 20 लाख करोड़ रुपये के आर्थिक पैकेज के बारे में विस्तृत जानकारी देते हुए बताया है कि 15 हजार रुपये तक की सैलरी वालों का पीएफ सरकार भरगी है। वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने यह फैसला लिया है कि अग तक कंपनी और कर्मचारियों की तरफ से 12 प्रति 12 प्रति की राशि ईपीएफओ में अपनी तरफ से जमा होगी। देश में संगठित क्षेत्रों को ध्यान में रखकर यह फैसला लिया गया है। इसके साथ ही इस फैसले से 4 लाख से ज्यादा संसाधनों को भी फायदा मिलेगा।
लेकिन इस योजना की कुछ शर्तें हैं। सरकार के इस ऐलान का फायदा सिर्फ उन्हीं कंपनियों को मिलेगा, जिनके पास 100 से कम कर्मचारी हैं और 90 प्रति कर्मचारी की सैलरी 15,000 रुपये से कम है। यानी 15 हजार से ज्यादा तनख्वाह पाने वालों को इसका फायदा नहीं मिलेगा।
एमएसएमई को 3 लाख करोड़ रुपये की आर्थिक मदद की जाएगी। इन कारोबारियों को 4 साल तक बिना किसी शर्त के कर्ज मिलेगा। इस कदम से 45 लाख छोटी कंपनियों को फायदा मिलेगा। कुल मिलाकर MSME के 6 बड़े कदम उठाए गए हैं।
एमएसएमई यानी कर्ज़ में डूबी कंपनियों के लिए 50 हजार करोड़ रुपये का प्रावधान किया गया है। इन कंपनियों को पैसा देकर फिर से पटरी पर लाने की कोशिश है।
जिन एमएसएमई में विविधता की समस्या है, उन्हें सबऑर्डिनेट लोन दिया जाएगा। इसके लिए 20,000 करोड़ रुपए रखे गए हैं। इससे 2 लाख MSMEs के संक्रमण की समस्या दूर होगी।
सभी एनपीए या स्ट्रेस्ड लोन को इस स्कीम का फायदा मिलेगा। सरकार CGTMSE के लिए 4,000 करोड़ रुपए देगी, जो बैंकों को आंशिक आश्वासन देते हैं, वे इसका फायदा अब एमएसएमई को भी करेंगे।
वित्त मंत्री ने लंबे सुझावों के बाद बाबत जारी किया। इस पैकेज का मकसद भारत को आत्मनिर्भर बनाना है। भूमि, लेबर लिक्विडिटी, लॉ पैकेज के आधार हैं। पीएम मोदी ने आत्मनिर्भर भारत का विजन रखा है। गरीबों के लिए कई स्कीम और रिफॉर्म प्रदर्शन लाए गए.लोगों के खातों में सीधे पैसे पहुंच रहे हैं।
निर्मला सीतारमण ने बताया कि एमएसएमई को बिना किसी कोलैट्रल का 3 लाख करोड़ रुपये तक कावाटिक लोन मिलेगा। यह लोन 100 प्रति ग्रेंटीड और 4 साल के लिए होगा। यह स्कीम 21 अक्टूबर 2020 को खत्म होगा। इससे 45 लाख यूनिट को फायदा होगा। इससे उन्हें अपना कामकाज शुरू करने में मदद मिलेगी।
